HOME-FLEX Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing (CSST) flexible gas piping material must be installed by a qualified installer who has been certified in the use of the HOME-FLEX gas piping system. Certification can be completed by reading the System Design and Installation Manual and registering with Valencia Pipe Company to obtain a qualified installer card. Register at homeflex.com; "Get Certified" option.
Some areas of the United States do not allow installation of CSST for fuel gas piping systems. It is the installer's responsibility to check and understand all codes governing the location of installation prior to installing HOME-FLEX CSST. See specifics in the HOME-FLEX System Design & Installation Manual available for viewing or download at homeflex.com.
CSST is generally for indoor use; however, it can be used outdoors and/or underground with very specific parameters. Please see the HomeFlex Design & Installation Manual on this site and/or at homeflex.com for details.
